中山人学硕士学位论文 中山人学硕士学位论文 海南省南渡江流域生态安全评价 Ecological Security Assessment of Nanduj iang River Basin in Hainan Province Maj or：Physical Geography Name：Jie PU Supervisor：Associate Professor Zhen LI ABSTRACT Ecological security involves the natural ecological security，the economic ecological security and the social ecological security．The ecological security describes the sustainable development state of the overall level of environmental that human extremely depends on．It will provide the ecological guarantee for the sustainable development of the whole ecological economic system． In accordance with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method，this thesis chooses nineteen indices from eco-environment pressure，resource and eco—environment quality and environment protection and cure capacity to set up the comprehensive index system of the ecological security assessment of Nandujiang river basin in Hainan Province，by using a concept model of“Pressures—States—Responses(p-S—R)”．Then the thesi s contrasts each safety threshold value and each index value tO assess the ecological security state and the limiting factor of the basin during five years(2000—2004)．The conclusion is that the basin ecological state is safe． Conclusively，the author puts forward some beneficial suggestions tO improve the ecological security of Nandujiang river basin，the economical sustainable development and the ecological economic security in Itainan Provi nce Key Words：Ecological security；Nandujiang river basin；Economical security of river basin；assessment；Hannan Province II 中山大学硕十学位论文 中山大学硕十学位论文 海南省南渡江流域生态安全评价 第l章引言 安全通常是指一个国家或地区的社会和政局稳定，没有战争，个体 或系统不受侵害和破坏的状态。安全是人类的基本生理需要，也是人类 生存的一项基本权利，人类所有的包括政治、经济、文化在内的活动都 必须依托于栖息的生态环境，生态系统为人类提供了必不可少的生命维 护系统和从事各种活动所必需的最基本的物质资源。人、生物与环境之 间生态关系的和谐性伴随着整部人类发展史。因此，生态安全问题是一 个诠释古老问题的新概念，是人类社会发展至今产生的一种新概念，也 是对传统安全的一种扩展 。其意在于揭示一个国家或地区的生态环境 与社会经济发展之间的相互关系，指出国家或地区生态环境的状况是否 对社会经发展构成了威胁，生态环境与社会经
