摘 要 摘 要 随着我国高技术产业和风险投资企业从无到有并以超常规速度发展，高技术 企业与风险投资企业已在我国国民经济中占有重要地位。但是作为促进高技术产 业发展催化剂的风险投资怎样才能更好的促进高技术企业的发展呢？基于当前对 高技术产业风险投资机制的研究成果，本文从高技术企业家的角度和我国当前风 险投资机制内部、外部环境现状出发，试图建立一个在当前条件下有效合理的促 进高技术产业发展的风险投资机制的体系，从而为进一步规范和完善我国风险投 资机制提供思路和建议。 本文对风险投资机制的研究是以对高技术产业发展特点的分析为基础的，通 过分析，发现我国高技术产业风险投资机制存在的问题，详细阐述了信息不对称， 退出不顺畅等突出问题，在总结得出国外风险投资促进高技术产业发展的成功经 验的基础上，借鉴国外先进的经验和针对我国具体实际，提出了完善风险投资退 出机制的具体措施，建立声誉机制、激励相容机制、市场竞争机制等一系列解决 方案。 关键词：高技术产业 风险投资 风险投资机制 Abstract Abstract As the high-speed development of high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises in our country, the high-tech enterprises and venture capital enterprises are more important to our national economy. But what shall we do to utilize the venture capital to service for the high-tech enterprise? Based on the researches of the venture capital mechanism of the high-tech industry, we try to establish an effective and reasonable system of the venture capital mechanism to stimulate the development of the high-tech industry from the view of the venture enterprisers and the actualities of the environment of interior or exterior of the venture capital mechanism, moreover to provide thoughts and advices for perfecting our venture capital mechanism. The research of the mechanism of the venture capital is based on the analysis of the characters of the high-tech industry’s development. Through the research, we find out the problems about the information dissymmetry, not well-off of the exit and so on , and summarize the successful experiences of the venture capital from the abroad which stimulated the development of the high-tech industry. Then propose corresponding methods to them, such as establishing the reputation mechanism, cultivating the market competition mechanism of the venture capital in the high-tech industry and so on.
