In this paper, Jatropha phenology, growth, production in Qian xinan canton is observed and Jatropha physicochemical nature is analyzed . Combined resources survey information, utilized mathematical statistics such as correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis and analyzed the factors afffected Jatropha growth, output and impact formed, the Jatropha adaptability and cultivation.climate division based on the GIS is achieved. The result is the more resistant to drought Jatropha the trees, like the hot habitat, the light, the trees grow more great, and obtain more seeds, more seeds oil rate. heat is the most important factor to affect Jatropha geographical distribution , and is the key condition to affect seed oil rate, ultimately affect the quality.
