PAGE PAGE IV III III ABSTRACT Many disasters caused by wind make us believe that if the transmission system is destroyed,it will hurt power system and affect peoples life. As a result,it maybe draws fire disaster and brings great loss to the property. How to ensure the transmission system works normally under any condition is an important study subject in the electric power field and civil engineering field. In sum, it causes much attention from researchers around the world. In the paper, based on the engineering of 1000kV Hanjiang River long span transmission line system which is called as three spans and two towers,the wind pulse-vibration factor and wind-induced response of transmission system structure model have been analyzed. This paper includes: Using “ANSYS” software, the paper establishes the precise non-linear finite element model of the long span transmission line system; using ”Matlab” software , which is a mathematic software, upon Auto-Regressive model to get spatial-relevant time interval wind velocity. Based on the established model ,the paper calculates the frequency and the mode,and analyzes the response of the tower line system in time history and analyzes the transmission line system’s characteristics of the spectrum. The paper calculates the wind pulse-pulse factor of the tower-line system and compares with the existing norms of the wind pulse-vibration factor. The study related to the transmission tower-line system is a useful reference for the dynamic analysis and design of the transmission tower-line system Through the paper’s work, we can concludes: The first, when designed the transmission line system, it is not reasonable to consider the transmission line load transfers to the tower in the static same manner according to current structure design code. The main reason is the transmission line increases the system’s stiffness and damping, so that the wind-induced vibration is restrained. The wind pulse-vibration factor of tower-line syste
