哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 II II Abstract In the region of near-earth space, because of the high-speed friction, the covering of the spacecraft sustains extremely high temperatures. It is an important problem to improve the efficiency of the reflection. Because of the total emission, the photonic crystal is a new-style thermal control coating material. The material as a thermal control coating must sustain combined loads. The research of the mechanical behavior has importance in improving the material property and optimizing the preparation method. The most photonic crystal studies are about preparation methods, optical properties and applications. There is little about the mechanical property. The photonics crystal is consisted of two different kinds of material, and the internal structure is complex, thus the properties of the photonic crystal are extrem ely different from the solid material. The similar research is about the properties of foam metal. The pore of the photonic crystal is in the scale of nanometer, thus, the mechanical properties between the photonic crystal and the foam metal are in great diversity. In order to research the mechanical properties of the photonics crystal, the nanoindentation, finite element simulation and numerical calculating are used. The research contents are as follows: First, in order to prepare the photonic crystal for the nanoindentation experiment, this article prepares the colloidal templates of polystyrene on the substrate material by the cant self-assembly method, and then, the photonic crystal on the colloidal templates by the electrodeposition method. According to the research of the appearance characteristics, the best experimental parameters of preparation can be identified. Second, And then, the mechanical properties are researched by the math model. The influencing factors of the mechanical properties are discussed. And the computational formulas of the modulus of elasticity, shear modulus and bulk modulus are
