II II THE ANALYSIS ON DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY OF GUANGXI’S PRODUCER SERVICES ABSTRACT With the in-depth progress of the modern division and industry evolution, producer services contribute to economy is increasingly significant, it as a pioneer in the industrial ecology and low carbonization, its development is beneficial to the industry, urban and regional progressing together, so to the economic transformation. Currently, Guangxi is making effort to promote the industrialization, which needs producer services providing wide and variety services. So speeding up the evolution of producer services, will help build an interactive fusion mechanism between industries, cluster the industries, and improve efficiency of resource allocation, to form a good joint development mode, thereby propelling the economic, social and environmental sustainable development. This paper studies on the development capacity of producer services in Guangxi, starting with the theory, make a clear connotation with producer services, expound the relevant theories, and summarize the methods of development capacity evaluation; then combining the theories and practice to empirical analysis by describing the current situation and building the evaluation system, drawing the conclusion that although the overall level of development, internal structure and the growth conditions of producer services are still shortcomings when they continue moving forward, its development capacity in a III III rising trajectory, these showing the level of Guangxi producer services is gradually improving; finally, according to the strengths and weaknesses, making appropriate suggestions for the future development of producer services to Guangxi and the western area have some inspiration.
