II II 摘 要 摘 要 韩元吉是南宋前期一位重要的历史人物，历仕高宗、孝宗两朝，主要政治活动集中 在孝宗朝，为官长达三十七年。为官期间，关注百姓疾苦，力求减轻民众负担。自淳熙 三年（1176）五月任吏部尚书到淳熙五年（1178）被罢，两年时间里，提出了关于整顿 吏治的建议，力求有所作为，以积极的姿态活跃于南宋前期政坛。 韩元吉自幼承家训，政治、文学皆显著，“三从吏选，五试词科”，但都以落第告终。 韩元吉于宋高宗绍兴十二年（1142），为处州丽水县属官，从此步入仕途。在基层任职 直至绍兴三十一年（1161）任司农寺主簿，地方从政近二十年，韩元吉政声很好，经常 接触百姓，了解百姓疾苦，从而养成了爱民的为政特点。任司农寺主簿后，积极上书， 建议抗金，经营淮甸；乾道八年（1172），以礼部尚书之名，赴金贺金主生辰；任吏部 侍郎时，主张疏决罪犯，完善举官之法；知婺州时，重视教育，创建贡院；淳熙三年（1176）， 任吏部尚书，达到了仕途的巅峰。在从政期间，韩元吉主张为君者应有仁爱之心，以仁 治天下。 韩元吉作为两朝大臣和著名文学家，加之韩氏一族乃北宋世家大族，“亲串亦皆当 代故家”，故韩元吉的一生与当时不少名士皆有交往，如朱熹、吕祖谦、陆游、辛弃疾、 陈亮等。这些人在为官、人格、思想等方面对他都影响颇深。 关键词 韩元吉 南宋 为政思想 交游 I Abstract Abstract Han-Yuanji, entered his official career in Tang Gaozong and Song Xiaozong’s days, was an important historical figure in the initial period of the South Song Dynasty. His major political activity was in the Song Xiaozong’s days and lasted for thirty-senve years. During his tenure, he concerned about the common peoples sufferings and strived to lightened the burden on people. He was awarded the board of civil chancery in May Chunxi three years (1176) and got the sack in Chunxi five years (1178). During the last 2 years, he offered the suggestion about rectifying mandarin administration and tried to amount to something and ran the early Southern Song Dynasty politics with an active posture. Han-Yuanji was director family motto since childhood,politics and literature are significant,and “three from the officials selected five test words subjects”,but poor ended. Han-Yuanji, in keeping with his great-great-grandfather Han-Wei, was voted an sovereignty book in Longquan County, the State Department and ever since then entered the career in Song Gaozong Shaoxing 12 years (1142). He held a post of Sinongshi-sovereignty book in Shaoxing 31 years (1161) after in the grass roots.
