II II THE RESEARCH ON THE LEVEL OF AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION IN GUANGXI ABSTRACT The modernization of agriculture is the foundation and an important part of the national economic modernization.To speed up the development of agriculture modernization will guarantee food security , promote the income of farmers , strengthen the industry support system in the rural area and promote the new rural construction process.Setting a feasible evaluation index system and using the scientific method to measure the level of modern agriculture development in Guangxi will demonstrate the trend and the stage of the agriculture development in Guangxi。With the in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantage in the process of modern agriculture development will make a great effort for the griculture development in Guangxi. First of all the study referenced relevant theories of modern agriculture of domestic and foreign research，then specific the characteristics of modern agriculture.By the hierarchy analysis and expert consultation method ,the study build a set of scientific evaluation index system of agricultural modernization, and then on the basis of a large number of chart data to the overall level of agricultural modernization in Guangxi, and with detailed analysis of various index level of the modern agriculture development in Guangxi,systematically analyzed the agricultural development present situation in guangxi.Then with comparing the situation of various aspects of agricultural modernization in Shandong Henan and Hunan,found the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi.
