三 三 峡 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Distributed Power access to distribution networks will change the traditional distribution network structure, from the traditional single-radial network into multiple power supply systems, changing the existing distribution network flow distribution and fault current level, having a great impact, such as Reclosing, Sensitivity Protection, the problem of Penetrating power limit, a variety of short-circuit problem. The overvoltage following with distributed Power access to distribution networks will damage to electrical equipment associated with the feeder lines. This article focused on the problem of Protection and over voltage after Grid Connection. First, simulating the impact on the the fault current value of the distribution network caused by distributed power’s capacity change. This effect will resulting in inaccurate tuning protection value, this paper presents two adaptive protection principles, based on adaptive two-phase current differential protection and consider the compensation coefficient adaptive protection. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the two adaptive protection, we find that Adaptive compensation coefficient is better protected than the Traditional protection. Then capacity and power factor changes will cause the overvoltage. Describing several of the more common measures bucks, by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, we select a Phase Operation, protection algorithm of step-down is given, by verificatingIEEE33 node simulation examples, we find that this algorithm can well adjust voltage lines.
