摘要 摘要 II II 万方数据 Abstract Along with economic development and the increase of people’s living standards, Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) are playing an increasingly important role throughout people’s daily life. Thus the trend directly leads to the necessity of dealing with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) due to their characteristics of mass quantity, pollution originative and recycling value. Therefore, it is essential to select the proper recycles and build a recycle model in order to standardize recycling system. By doing this right, inappropriate recycling and waste of resources can be prevented. This article is researching based on the above mentioned background in order to build a suitable WEEE recycling mode in Guangxi province. Firstly, based on the research of the current situation of recycling WEEE at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the content and the theoretical foundation in the study of recycling WEEE. Secondly, various local recycling modes are going to be initiated through the combination of foreign advanced recycling systems. Thirdly, EEE sales condition in Guangxi province will be listed and predicted EEE by linear regression method for the next several years. Forecast model is used to simulate the scale of recycling market eventually. At last based on principles of recycling models and according to Waste Electrical electronic product Recycling regulations, the choosing of recycles and treatment body will be adapted to Guangxi’s practical situation where the new Guangxi WEEE recycling model is generated, which is the united party of seller and social mobile recycles who are responsible for recycling, while specialized recycles is responsible for functions such as dismount, treatment and reuse modes.
