华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract With the network technology developing, the role of customerization WEB system in the company is becoming more and more important. The company can quickly satisfy the customer individual demand in the WEB system. The customer involve in all floor of operation management through total customer participation to achieve the value integration between customer and company. So how to carry out the customer-company interaction in the customerization system is a pressing problem. This dissertation based on the literature study, used the research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Done some research on the framework and work flow of customerization system and the interaction in WEB system. Firstly, analyzed the trait of customerization system in TCP and deployed the function of the system in the IEDF0 model in order to introduce the key point. Secondly, discussed the way that how to carry out the WEB system in two aspects. In the customer aspect, combining the product life cycle, differed the customers? demand into four stages and build the customers? demand tree. Using the vague clustering method, guided the customer interacting with company in the WEB system. In the company aspect, introduced the product family based on the modularized design and the evolution design in Top-down method and defined the type of modularization and customerization in TCP, adopted modified TOPSIS method to evaluate the result of product configuration solution. Lastly, analyzed the customer-company interaction problem in JIANGLING automobile company? customerization prototype system. The dissertation concentrated in the design stage of customerization system in TCP. It is necessary to study the integration the WEB system with other project systems, perfect the function model and develop the IT technology.
