华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The large quantity of dejecta generated from cattle breeding has become one of the main sources of pollution in some areas, especially in large and medium-sized urban areas. The attribution of utilizing dairy manure to produce organic fertilizer is not only reducing pollution emissions, but also changing wastes into valuables. Composting is an important technique of producing fertilizer by use of animal manure. At present study, the large-scale production of high-temperature composting process and adjustment of its parameters are hot topics. Objective: This study aims to provide optimal engineering design for composting treatment and utilization of dairy manure in large-scale dairy farm, and to provide processing foundation for large-scale production application. Methods content: Complied with engineering design and on-site commissioning, this study designed composting process of dairy manure and equipment selection.And then made a research on certain influence of different technological parameters changement about composting efficiency. Conclusions: (1) A slotted composting demonstration project is set up, with a scale of 16.5t/d, production of organic fertilizer of 3320t/a, and using turning as the main means of ventilation. (2) The commissioning results prove some facts listed as follows: Firstly, The composting temperature affect the quality of compost directly, the temperature stage of 55~60℃should be maintained for no less than 2 days, so can achieve the purpose of killing pathogens; then, maintained the temperature stage of 50~60℃ for 10days approximately, the production comes to a stable state. Secondly, throughout the course of compost production, along with the decline in the total dry matter weight, the absolute amount of every nutritive element are in varying degrees of reduction.
