万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 随着国际工程项目地不断向前发展，国际间的各类工程项目承包服务越来越 多，国际工程招投标环节中的投标报价影响因素分析显得更加重要。然而，目前 研究针对国际工程投标报价影响因素未提出全面、深刻的分析，存在评价方法适 用性比较差的问题。 本文重点将国际工程投标报价的主要影响因素作为研究对象，将目前现有的 国际工程投标报价主要影响因素进行分析与评估，进而分析国际工程投标报价对 应策略。油砂作为非常规能源之一，也是未来全球能源来源的后起之秀，该课题 结合国际油砂项目开发工程投标报价影响因素的分析为国际油砂开发工程投标 报价提供参考依据，为国际油砂开发项目管理提供研究基础素材。通过国际工程 投标报价各影响因素分析以及相关理论知识的论述，同时拟以国际油砂工程服务 项目为实际案例，结合本人海外油砂开发工程项目工作做进一步研究与论证，分 析得出影响国际油砂开发工程投标报价的核心影响因素。 最后，通过国际油砂项目工程服务投标报价影响因素问卷调查，将调查数据 进行统计与分析，进而得出影响国际油砂开发工程投标报价的核心因素的结论， 同时验证说明研究分析的可行性和有效性。从而使国际油砂开发工程投标报价影 响因素分析研究为国际工程投标报价提供指导和借鉴。 关键词：国际油砂工程；投标报价；影响因素；决策分析 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of international projects moving forward, more and more international contracting projects appear in the international market, the analysis of effect factors of bid price becomes more and more important during the step of international project bidding. However, there is no comprehensive and profound analysis for the study of effect factors of international project bid price, and the study is lack of applicability for evaluation methodology. This thesis shall study on the main effect factors of international project bid price, analyze and evaluate the current effect factor of current international project bid price, and then make analysis of the corresponding strategy for the international project bid price. Oil sand shall be the future global energy as part of the unconventional energy. The analysis of effect factors could be the reference frame of oil sands exploitation project bid price, and it could provide the foundation of research material for the international oil sands exploitation project management. By means of analysis of all the effect factors of international project bid price and discussion of correlation theoretical knowledge, the international oil sand service project shall be taken as the actual case, combined with my oversea oil sand exploitation project job for the further study and demonstration, analyze to get the key effect factors of international oil
