万方数据 万方数据 H+(H2O)(CH3OH)n、H+(CH3OH)n ,H+(H2O)2(CH3OH)n 等。研究了它们 随着激光能量和激光延时以及载气压力的改变而变化的规律,并对它 们的一系列变化规律进行了解释。对实验结果进行研究分析得出,铬 离子 Cr+与甲醇团簇反应产生的团簇离子在增大激光能量的情况下, 反应的离子团簇尺寸变小;在改变激光延时的情况下,团簇离子的信 号强度和团簇尺寸变化明显;在研究中还发现团簇尺寸随着载气压力 的增大而增大。并对这几种团簇形成机制进行了简单的分析和解释。 关键词:团簇、激光溅射—超声分子束、飞行时间质谱 2 Experimental Study on the Reaction of Metal Ions Cr+ with Methanol Clusters by Mass Spectrometry Abstract Micro clusters or cluster is shorted from atoms and molecules clusters .Cluster is composed of several or even tens of thousands of atoms or molecules by physical or chemical binding force with force composed of relatively stable or nearly stable aggregates. Clusters have shown important applications in materials science, catalysis, surface chemistry, high temperature chemistry. Therefore the study of clusters is very important. The technology of Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry is an important method to study the size-dependent distribution and the stabilities of clusters. In this paper, the rules and influencing factors of the reaction products of several metal ions with methanol clusters are studied on RE-TOFMS. In Chapter 1 ,we introduces luster science, the production method and meanwhile briefly introduces research status quo of metal clusters, diagnosis technology of clusters and the main content of this article. In chapter 2, we introduce the working principle and the testing results of the laboratory experimental device. The vacuum system,laser system ,timing control system, reflection Time-of-flight mass spectrometry(The RE-TOFMS )are used in our laboratory. By adjusting 3 the ions signal of several samples, optimizing various experimental conditions. The best working parameters including all of the electrode voltage and the delay time are obtained that can get better signal. The cluster ions that we researched can be distinctly identified.
