Therefore， a lot of construction waste generated. They have posed a great threat to the social environment and economy. So the construction waste disposal is a problem to be solved urgently. In this paper, estimates and predicts the output of Chinas construction waste through the estimation method of the construction area and the grey prediction model. Combining the current situation of domestic and abroad of the resourcization of construction waste, finds the problems of the resourcization of construction waste, such as weak ecological environmental protection consciousness, lack of government support, distempered laws and regulations, imperfect management policy. Through the combination of theory and practice, propose to develop the industry of the resourcization of construction waste, figures out the main participants in the industry operation and sets up the industrial operation model and analyzes it. This paper deeply analysises the technical and economic management policies in the industrial operation of the resourcization of construction waste. According to different construction waste, describes corresponding recycling methods from technically, affirms the technology foundation for the industry.
