There has had frequent exchanges between Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. Major events, such as The Reform and Opening-up Policy, the return of Hong Kong to China, accelerated the economic ties between Hong Kong and Chinese mainland. In recent years, close cooperation between Hong Kong and Guangdong Province, there are many exchanges in the economic, political, cultural and other fields. In contrast, other far and backward region has less exchanges with Hong Kong. Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the key area in Guangxi, geographical advantage is obvious, the cooperation with Hong Kong has considerable potential.
