Some students can not objectively and accurately evaluate themselves in school, therefore could not develop a career plan in line with their own characteristics. This paper analyzes the importance of the career planning, points out the existing problems of the career planning education today, and gives a type of career planning education called “snowball”. Practice has proved that this scheme is feasible.
