Abstract
The essence of modern human resource management is to design a scientific incentive system, which could inspire staff’s enthusiasm and inherent potential and develop the talent utility and thus maintain the enterprise sustainable development.
This thesis takes Guangzhou XR Company human resources management as the research background. Firstly, we summarized the present situation of XR Company human resources management incentive, and then pointed out the existed three major problems of human resources management in XR Company: unscientific incentive strategy; incomplete performance appraisal; and unsound salary system. Then, with modern human resources management incentive theory as the basis, mainly from the incentive strategy, performance evaluation and salary welfare etc. three aspects, using the incentive set confusion method, Delphi method and 360 degree evaluation method, we systematically propose an optimized human resources management incentive system for XR company. Finally, we evaluated and analyzed the proposed human resources management incentive system based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:
Based on the human resources management theory, human nature hypothesis theory and incentive theory, combined with the actual situation of XR Company, from the incentive strategy, performance evaluation, salary management etc. three aspects, the paper proposed an optimized human resources management incentive system.
In view the specific problem of unqualified RFID tag detection in XR Company, a nonlinear incentive strategy model is presented and we prove the effectiveness and fairness of the incentive strategy.
The proposed human resources management incentive system is evaluated and analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and this makes the system valuable in the practical applications.
