重庆大学 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE VI ABSTRACT This thesis is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission (CSTC, 2011BB6047). Operational risk assessment is a short-term reliability evaluation because of its relatively short evaluation period, and components’ reliability level will be affected when the external environment and operating conditions changes. Then the system operational risk under time-varying operating conditions can not be evalueed accurately by the average parameter values using statistical in traditional risk assessment. Therefore, it is necessary to handle the relationships between real-time conditions and components’ operational reliability correctly for components’ operational reliability modeling under real-time conditions. Thyristor controlled series capacitor compensation (TCSC) can change power grid operating conditions through the transmission network parameter adjustment to achieve flow control, which will impact reliability of itself and the other components in system. Therefore, to research the reliability model of TCSC is beneficial to analyze the influence of TCSC on power system operation risk. Power system operation risk assessment is based on a certain dispatching mode. However, changes in generation dispatching will have an impact on system operational reliability, and the economic cost of power system caused by operation risk can not be ignored when develop generation dispatching scheme. Therefore generation dispatching optimization and operation risk assessment is a process which is mutual restraint, that dispatching mode determines the system operational reliability level and operation risk index guides dispatching decision-making.
