PAGE PAGE IV III III THE GOVERNMENT OF GUANGXI INTEGRATED INFORMATION SERVICE PLATFORM FUNCTION PLANNING AND PROJECT INVESTMENT RESEARCH ABSTRACT Government comprehensive information service is a new stage in the development of government information services, under the background of expanding continuously, to speed up the development of the information society, information technology constantly updated, and information demand. In order to promote the government to strengthen social management, public service function, and form a new type of information service mode. Guangxi government integrated information service platform as a new information service, an effective way for enriching the content of the government information services, broaden the way of information service, and improve the information service level to significance. In this paper, integrated use of project management, information management, project investment and financing management system development, the benefit of economic evaluation and information technology, such as knowledge, comprehensive information service platform construction projects around the guangxi government and promote the key link, studied the platform function and project investment and argument. Firstly, basic situation of the current government information service and related theory were summarized in the paper, on the basis of through the government information service work breakdown, business analysis, logical analysis, induction, study the information service platform to achieve the basic functions, puts forward the logical framework and implementation of the platform platform construction of hardware and software configuration list. Then according to the national policies, the current e-government project investment estimation method, and the platform construction cost estimation, this paper puts forward to the construction of project adopts enterprise cooperation pattern and investment and financing plan.
