But, the existing plans for the triple play still exist many problems which makes it difficult to achieve the true video on demand and the FTTH. In order to solve these problems, the optical communication technology laboratory of Liaocheng University has researched and designed a transmission system of fiber-optical integrated service, and has adopted the method of designing a new frame structure, and has got some achievement. This topic is one part of this system, it’s the design of signal processing module. The research content of the project is to complete the preprocessing of three network information (the telecommunications network, CATV network, computer network).The treatment of telecommunication network is to extract the 30 voice message and its corresponding signaling information of each telephone signal from the E1 frame of telecom network, and to put them into theirs’ corresponding buffer pool for buffering and waiting. The treatment of CATV network is to extract each TV signal information(the audio , video and other elementary stream of this TV signal)from TS stream, and to put each TV signal into its’ corresponding buffer pool for buffering and waiting. The treatment of computer network is to put its’ data information into the corresponding buffer pool for buffering and waiting. On the one hand, the implemented functionality of the project is to preprocess the three different front-end source and to prepare for data processing of the center exchange module. One the other hand, the implemented functionality of the project is to enabled the direct exchange for the center exchange module after preprocessing of three different front-end source, then the CATV network information, telephone network information and the computer network information can be unified integrate and multiplexed into a custom new frames through the multiplexing modu
