华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standard,the quantity of restaurant wastewater in the urban soars recently. Restaurant wastewater has been threatening the environment. It is very important to treat the restaurant wastewater properly in dealing with the urban wastewater. Restaurant wastewater which comprises of complex components has a high concentration of organic pollutants, especially oil and grease. Meanwhile because of its fluctuation of quality and quantity, it is a kind of wastewater difficult to be treated and there is still not an efficient method for its treatment. In this paper the technology of the photocatalytic and concentrated microorganisms was selected to dispose restaurant wastewater. Optimization of photocatalytic process for pretreatment with the disposal effects of grease to be assessed. And the removal efficiency of pollutants can be monitored by domesticated concentrated microorganisms to the SBR reactor. The main factors affecting the photocatalytic have been studied and optimal reaction conditions have also been confirmed. Moreover, the removal efficiency of pollutants through the treatment of the pretreatment wastewater under the optimal reaction conditions by concentrated microorganisms process had been discussed. Finally, the cost of the treatment restaurant wastewater by this process was analyzed. The photocatalytic orthogonal tests shown that the order of factors effecting on grease removal in decreasing sequence were the initial grease concentration, catalyzer concentration, pH and reaction time. The optimal condition are: 15min reaction time, initial grease concentration is 1500mg/L, pH is 5.0 and the catalyzer concentration is 20mg/L. Under these conditions average removal efficiency of grease and COD just achieved 55.24 and 21.67 percents.
