THE BRIEF ANA LYSIS ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF BANCASSURANCE ABSTRACT This paper would initially introduce and perform basic analysis for the general environment of banc assurance under financial separated supervision regulation system, including the background of Banc assurance development, key factors driving its development and its major characteristics. We would try to find the sensible solution by analyzing three internal and deep-seated contradictions during the banc assurance development period, which comprises risk imbalance, lack of insurance protection and indemnity function, and loss of channel recognition. By compromise regulation for international banc assurance and integrated finance operation, Barsel ii capital accord and the European Union related rules, we would then demonstrate the importance of cooperation between Bank and insurance industry for Financial Mixed business improvement, and the trend or direction of its development from international similar experiences. The banc assurance faces remarkable development opportunities due to China domestic insurance market expansion, insurance industry products adjustment and capital or solvency pressure under Huge amounts of credit. Lastly, this paper would compromise international experiences and the solution for deep-seated contradictions to provide the comprehensive strategies according to the next stage development for banc assurance, which includes the approaches of establishing banc assurance financial holding group, conducting creation for target market consistent with the customer movement following the information technology expansions, modifying the co-operated channel recognition, proposing the channel matching, product integration, supervision augmentation, reducing the transaction costs etc. The paper would provide appropriate reference for deep-seated analysis and development trend of banc assurance.
