Second, the corporate culture floating on the surface.Third,the system and scientificalness of corporate culture construction are not enough. Fourth，it is institutional deficiencies and poor implementation. Fifth, The cohesion of the staff and working enthusiasm is weakening.Sixth,it is lack of the team of corporate culture construction. Combined with the companys actual situation,it summarize profoundly of cultural quality and cultural connotation agglomerated and highlighted in the course of corporate culture development, refines the corporate culture concept of Guangxi Railway Investment (Group) Co., Ltd,including enterprise vision, mission, core values, the enterprise spirit, and enriches its connotation.It laid the foundation for the corporate culture.
