In the condition, the investment environment of real estate is the sum of many factors influencing its investment. Under the new investment system of China, it has become a tendency to make a realty investment reasoningly and scientifically. As the research on realty investment environment has become a major standard before many enterprises investing in real estate, which has two-fold functions: one is to provide investors for scientific basis to make an investment decision; the other is to offer suggestion for those invested region to strengthen investment invitation capability. Therefore, for the regional realty industry in new and developing Harbin Songbei District, systematically studying real estate investment environment is not only to take an advantage of investors and management section to clearly recognize all kinds of environment factors in the investable object of the realty market in Songbei District, but also is of theoretical values and practical significances for companies to select optimal investment chance, and for government to optimize regional investment environment . According to the principle of theoretical research combined with practical analysis, this paper consider the realty of Harbin Songbei District as studying object, firstly to demonstrate element structure of real estate investment environment, and describe the analytical and evaluating methods on real estate investment environment.
