HaFei Industry Group Company (HIGC) entered into the Auto Spare Parts and Accessories (ASPA) trade during the same period. The new Auto Spare Parts and Accessories enterprises, undertaken by HaFei Industry Group, had adopted Multi-National Strategic Alliances for reaching a certain technical level and business scope through a short period. However, the developed situation of those enterprises was not satisfied through a few years development. For the above background, this study faces the problem of Multi-National Strategic Alliances in Auto Spare Parts and Accessories enterprises of HaFei Industry Group from the microcosmic angle. First of all, the situation and common character were introduced of HaFei Industry Group, its alliances and Auto Spare Parts and Accessories enterprises undertaken by them. Second, the background and motivation for choosing Multi-National Strategic Alliances by HaFei Industry Group were reviewed, and its consequent effect on a continuable development of enterprises was analyzed. Then, the principle of alliance choosing of HaFei Industry Group was stated. The effect of Alliance choosing methods on the enterprise development was analyzed, and a scientific method was recommended. Meanwhile, the effect of coalition structure on enterprise management was evaluated, and a proposal for managing improvement was advanced. Last, under the managing question of Auto Spare Parts and Accessories of HaFei Industry Group, the reason was found at the academic level and the feasible proposal for practical managing was advanced. Based on the exterior environment change of Auto Spare Parts and Accessories enterprises of HaFei Industry Group, the enterprise developing directions were definite.
