Methods: A total of 50 male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to five groups: the normal control group, acute liver failure model, Bifidobacterium triple probiotics, high-dose ǎn soup and low-dose ǎn soup, 10 in each group. The rats in the acute liver failure model, Bifidobacterium triple probiotics, high-dose ǎn soup and low-dose ǎn soup groups were subjected to the acute liver failure model of hypodermic injection with thioacetamide twice. In addition,the Bifidobacterium triple probiotics,high-dose ǎn soup and low-dose ǎn soup groups were respectively intragastrically perfused with Bifidobacterium triple probiotics, 6ml of ǎn soup and 1.5ml of ǎn soup,once per day, for nine consecutive days. 28 hours after the second injection, femoral arterial blood to was drew to test serum endotoxin(ETX),diamine oxidase(DAO),D(-)-lactate(D-lac),alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST). At the same time, hepatic tissue and ileal tissue within 3cm away from the ileocecal region were collected to do pathological examination. Results: Pathological examination results showed that in the normal control group, structure of liver lobule was complete and clear, liver cell radiated lined up by centering around the central vein and structure of hepatic portal area was also normal without inflammatory cell infiltration.Hepatic cord in hepar was arranged mussily, hepatic lobules structure was disorder and hepatocyte focal necrosis or with large necrotic areas in which there was a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration in the acute liver failure model group.The pathology damag
