The leadership support the sharing resource of physical education curriculum in Huaxi university town and hope there is a school to take the lead; Students eager to elect courses from other university at their own expense; Teachers would like to participate in it, and it’s ideally for teachers to give 4 lessons one week while get the payment exceed their former unit. The aim of this research is finding out the barriers across the leaderships and the universities. There are a host of constraints in restricting the development of Sharing Resource of Physical Education Curriculum in Huaxi University Town, and they mainly embodied in: 1. Lack of coordinating organization. 2. The inadequate of management system.3.Unreasonable resource allocation. 4. The restriction of resource. 5. The influence of different sports culture. Major proposals: 1.Carry out the reorganization, establish regulations, clear division of labor and coordinate the activities rationally. 2. Construct coordination management centers of IIII physics curriculum to establish the sharing system.3. Make full use of the network platform resource, strengthen the communication between intercity and intercollegiate.4.Establish the sharing system between the gymnasium and the surrounding schools, allocate and utilize the sports resources reasonably. 5. Create efficient supervision mechanism as well as enlarge the strength of the input and enforcement of physical education curriculum resources.
