PAGE I 本科毕业论文（设计） 广州会展业发展问题及对策分析 摘 要 广州会展业依托广交会取得了前所未有的成就,其强大的产业带动效应为相关行业创造了巨大的经济效益。然而，面对全国各地会展业的迅速发展及愈演愈烈的竞争, 广州会展业正面临着严峻的挑战。本文通过考察广州会展业在国家全面建设进程中的地位和作用，总结了广州会展产业的发展现状及存在问题。目前，缺乏有效管理机构和制度、服务水平滞后以及专业人才的匮乏，是制约广州会展业健康发展的主要因素。针对现状问题，本文利用具体的数据和案例，通过对比国内外其他会展业，找出阻碍和影响其发展的成因。广州会展业只有加强主管机构宏观调控，加快行业立法，不断完善服务质量，培养和引进优秀人才，才能保持持久的竞争优势，从而实现进一步的飞跃。 关键词：广州；　会展业；　管理；　服务；　人才 Abstract Relying on the Canton Fair, Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry has made unprecedented achievements. In recent years, it strongly drives the relevant industries to create tremendous economic benefits. However, faced with the rapid development of exhibition industry all over the country and the intensified competition, Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry is exposed to great challenges though it has achieved some superior performance. By examining its status and role in the national comprehensive construction, the thesis summarizes its current situation and existing problems. At present, the lack of effective administrative organization and systems, the poor quality of service and short of professionals are the main factors that restrict the healthy development of convention and exhibition industry. In allusion to the problems, the thesis will use some specific data and cases, while comparing with other domestic and international exhibitions, and find out the obstacles and causes which have bad effect on development of exhibition industry. Only does Guangzhou convention and exhibition industry strengthen the macro-control of the competent authority, speed up the industry legislation, constantly improve the service level and train more talents, it can maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in order to achieve a further leap.
