摘要随着我国全面建设和谐小康社会，国民经济将持续、快速、健康 摘要 随着我国全面建设和谐小康社会，国民经济将持续、快速、健康 增长，这将促使客货运输需求总量快速增加。而铁路运输能力不 足，将难以适应国民经济和社会发展的需要。为解决铁路运输“瓶 颈’’制约，必须实现铁路跨越式发展，大力发展高速铁路客运专线 建设。由于国内相应高速铁路客运专线选线规划设计的理论基础薄 弱，工程建设欠缺实际经验，因此研究高速铁路客运专线选线规划 设计成为当务之急。在此背景下，本文结合参与广深港铁路客运专 线前期选线规划设计工作，周密分析我国目前高速铁路建设现状， 展开高速铁路客运专线选线规划研究，论述了高速铁路主要技术经 济优势，提出了高速铁路对国民经济的促进作用。在此基础上，展 开广深港铁路客运专线选线规划设计研究，优化提出高速铁路客运 专线选择线路规划设计建议。本文可为我国高速铁路客运专线线路 设计的研究提供借鉴，并对制订和完善相应的选线设计标准与规范 有一定参考价值。 关键词： 铁路线路客运专线规划设计 AB AB STRACT The sustainable，rapid and healthy economy in the process of comprehensive construction and harmonious well—off society boosts the passenger and cargo transportation demand total quantity fast increase．The current railway transportation capacity,however,can not meet the demand of the national economy and social development．In order to solve the railway transportation¨the bottleneck¨striction，there must be to realize the surmount development for the high—speed railroad passenger transportation special line construction．The studies of the high-speed railroad passenger transportation special line and route selection plan is the urgent matter,because their rationale is weak in China and the engineering construction is short of the practical experience．Under this background，this article unifies and participates in the plan and design work of the railway transportation special line preliminary route selection in Guangzhou Shenzhen and Hongkong，and thoroughly analyzes our country present situation of the high—speed railroad construction，and launches the plan research of the high．speed railroad passenger transportation special line and route selection,and elaborates the high-speed railroad main technology and economical superiority,and proposes that the high-speed railroad can promote the national economy．The article further launches the railway transportation special line route selection design research in Guangzhou Shenzhen and Hongkong and proposes the high—speed railroad passenger transportation special line and
