优秀冬季两项运动员射击训练中生理指标变化规律的研究The 优秀冬季两项运动员射击训练中生理指标变化规律的研究 The observat i on and ana l ys i s of part i a l phys i o I og i ca I i ndex of nat i ona l fema I e B i ath I on ath l etes i n shoot i ng tra i n i ng Abstract The Biathlon is a sport which includes the abs01ute movement skiing and relative quiescence shooting． This project is developed much better in the west countries than in China especial ly in the Northern Europe． However， the performances of ski ing in our country approach to the world level in recent years， and there is going to pay more attention to the elevation of shooting performance． Purpose： The purpose of our research is to analyze and estimate aggregately the results of shooting time，heart rate，percentage of hits and nervous function level．With the expectation to get the proper shooting strategy for each athlete， so that the shooting results will be eleVate in the future． Objects and Methods：The objects of our research are six athletes come form the National Women Team of Biathlon which are preparing for the Winter 01ympic Games in Italy 2006．We take artificial records in shooting range and time records bv P01ar heart rate watch to c011ect the correlated indexes in shooting training．EEG(E1ectroencephalography)，BEAM(Brain E1ectrical Activity Mapping) and inspection of neuroVege—tatiVe system are used‘in the test of nervous function level in the lab． Conclusions：Through the research， we get some conclusion as f01 lows： 1．The excellent Biathlon athletes in China can be divided into two groups， the old athletes and the young athletes according to the shooting features． There are some shooting characters in old athletes， the solid basic skill， plentiful match experience， great ability of body regulation，but in poor psychologic condition relatively．0pposite to the 01d， the young athletes have the eharacteristics as follows： the weak shooting skill ，the insufficient match experience， the poor body contr01 abil ity， while in light psychologic bur
