国产300MW机组技术改造及DCS应用研究 国产300MW机组技术改造及DCS应用研究 东南大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract In this thesis，the major objects are the two homemade 300MW generating units which were built in the first period in Luohe Power Plant． After deeply analyzing and studying the rebuilding of the four facilities， boilers，turbines，electric systems and control systems，and the actual applications ofDCS，this thesis put forward concrete performing schemes． First the rebuilding for boilers，turbines，electric systems，control systems and the actual applications of DCS are completely introduced，and then abilities of varying load，performances of starting and operation achievements are also analyzed in this thesis． Mainly on the basis of the concrete operating characteristic of the rebuilding units and the special demand for the units to particiFlate in the automatic control of electric network，this thesis first brought forward design schemes according to the concrete issues．Then it deeply studies the application of each system(such as MCS，BMS，SCS，DEH，MEH，ECS)of DCS and the process of realizing especial functions，the logical configurations and the methods of commissioning test of SCS and ECS are described．Those make the concrete problems been SOlved successfully． Furthermore，comparisons are made betweem the situations before the rebuilding and after it，as well as between the design goals and actual result． The effects ofrebuilding are objectively analyzed and evaluated as well． Finally，the implement steps of the whole projects are described． Suggestions are also made to the exposed problems and the existing defects during and after the rebuilding． Key Words：300MW generating unit technical rebuilding the applications of DCS 国产30嗍机组技术改造及Dcs应用研究第一章绪论 国产30嗍机组技术改造及Dcs应用研究 第一章绪论 §卜1 选题背景 随着电网峰谷差的4i断增人，对机组的调峰要求越来越商。J大j此， 降低成本，改善机组运行的经济性、口J^靠性、廿J‘调性，已成了各电』‘特 别是老电厂的当务之急。早期配1000t／hUP型直流锅炉的国产300MW 机组由于调峰能力很差，进行技术改造已势在必行。 对于早期配1000tnaUP型直流锅炉的300MW机组，由于机组本
