PAGE 本科毕业论文 (20 届) 齿轮磨孔夹具设计 专业:机械设计制造及其自动化 摘 要:齿轮在传统机械和现代机械中有着不可动摇的重要地位。齿轮是用来传递运动和能量带齿的轮子。齿轮可用来传递转动例如:从一根轴到另一根轴、改变转动方向、改变转动速度、改变转动扭矩。相比其他传递能量的机械方法(例如绳子、皮带和链条),齿轮传动有以下的优点:1传动效率高;2传动比恒定(瞬时,精度较高时);3结构紧凑(较之于带、链传动);4工作可靠、寿命长;5可用来传递空间任意两轴之间的运动和动力。齿轮热处理后磨内孔是齿轮加工常遇到的工艺问题,它在整个齿轮加工过程中占有重要位置。因为是终加工,加工质量的好坏直接决定齿轮的各项形位公差是否达到精度要求及成品率的高低,关系到磨孔前得十几道工序和工件材料是否报废。因此,为了保证内孔加工后各项形位公差达标,提高成品合格率,对齿轮磨内孔加工得到装夹,定位都有严格的要求。分析齿轮的外形特殊,其装夹,定位要比一般工件困难,选用三个定心圆柱以渐开线齿轮定位的方式,夹紧齿轮。从而设计齿轮磨孔夹具。 关键词:齿轮;夹具;定位 Grinding Fixture Design Hole Abstract: Gears in the traditional and modern machinery machinery has an important position can not be shaken.
