PAGE 本科毕业论文 （ 20_ _届） 浅析如何做好酒店实习生管理 摘 要：随着社会的发展，经济的增长和科技的进步，酒店业蓬勃发展，用工需求迅速扩大。文章立足时代背景，以人力资源管理为理论基础，首先论述了酒店实习生管理的概况，以及与人力资源管理的密切关系，并比较了国内外研究现状，通过对我国酒店实习生管理现状的分析，提出重视酒店实习生管理的必要性和迫切性，针对我国酒店实习生管理存在的不足，研究探寻其根源，并从酒店、学校、个人三个角度给出解决问题的措施对策。旨在引起酒店相关工作人员的重视，并通过学校的介入使酒店实习生管理更加集中彻底，更加优质有效。 关键词：酒店；学校；实习生管理 The Analysis of How to do hotel management trainee Abstract: With the development of society，economic growth and technological progress，hospitality flourishing，demand of labor is expanding rapidly. The paper based on the background, HR management as a theoretical basis, firstly, it discusses an overview of the hotel management trainee, as well as the close relationship HR management, and compared with the research situation home and abroad. Through our analysis of the status of the hotel management trainee. It makes great importance to the hotel management, necessary and urgent.
