国有大中型企业实施ERP的难点及对策分析-企业管理专业论文.docx

提 提 要 面对中国加入WT0的机遇与挑战，越来越多的中国企业开始认识到运用ERP系统 这一先进的管理工具来提高企业的核心竞争力。但是我们不得不面对我国企业应用 ERP系统的成功率普遍不高这一事实，尤其是国有大中型企业的实施成功率则更低。 国有大中型企业是国民经济的支柱，对中国的经济发展起着至关重要的作用。但 是目前对于国有大中型企业应用ERP系统的问题及对策方面的研究并不多，因此本文 试图就这一问题进行探讨。 本文就ERP理论、发展历史及其管理思想进行了探讨。论述了国有大中型企业的 管理现状及面临的问题。就实施ERP对国有大中型企业的重要性进行了分析，回顾了 国有大中型企业的ERP应用历史及今后的展望，分析了实施ERP系统对国有大中型企 业的作用．结合两个ERP系统实旄失败的案例，论述了导致国有大中型企业ERP实施 失败的主要原因。结合成功案例，进行ERP实旄难点的对策分析，详细阐明了国有大 中型企业成功ERP系统的具体步骤和措施。 本文的研究依照理论与实际相结合的原则，期望能对有志实旗ERP系统的国有大 中型企业提供一定的参考作用。 关键词：企业资源计划(ERP)、国有大中型企业、管理科学化 Faced Faced the Opportunity and challenge of China’S accession to WTO， more and more enterprises of China realize the benefits using the advanced management CA)heepts and method of ERP to strengthen the enterprise’S competition ability．But the fact is that the successful rate of implementing ERP system in the enterprises of China is very low．As to the state．owned enterprises，the successful rate of implementing ERP system iS lower． At present,there are hardly any articles to specialize in the state．．owned enterprises’problems and countermeasures in implementation of ERP system． The state-owned enterprise is one of the most important components in 0111 country S economy．Therefore it is significant to study how to implement ERP system successfully in the sate-owned enterprises． This article expatiates the basic principle and the management thoughts of耻．introduces the present management situation of Chinese large and middle sized state-owned enterprises and the major problems，alSO introduces the present situation that Chinese large and middle sized state．owned enterprises have applied职P system．And the necessity．the history and the expectation of implementing El冲system in the state-owned enterprises．This article analyses two cas髂that failed in implementing ERP systems．and explains the major problems that exist in the ERP application of the state’owned enterprises，analyses one case that succeed in implementing ERP systems，and suceessful standards to implement ERP system．Exp
