Johnson Matthey standard test conditions for glass enamels: 玻璃釉料标准测试条件: Firing Conditions: 烧结条件: The firing conditions are assessed on a Centrotherm belt furnace, 3 zones, time in kiln(including cooling) 25 minutes. Set temperature of zones 1, 2 and 3 are mentioned as firing temperature glass enamel. These values should be used for comparative purposes only and do not refer to firing temperatures under production circumstances。 使用Centrotherm 三段式带式炉,将样品在炉内烧25分钟(包括冷却时间)评估其烧结条件。区域1,2和3的设定温度为该样品釉料的烧结条件。其值仅用作参考,而不作为实际生产条件。 Typical specification: depending on enamel type, no general specification. 标准参数:无,取决于釉料类型。 Thermal Expansion: 热膨胀: The Thermal Expansion Coefficient(TEC) is determined by measuring the expansion of the glass enamel between 20 and 320℃.The sample is prepared by pressing glass enamel powder into a mould and fire until it is completely fused. The standard test is performed at 16N, guaranteed is better than 15N.
