利率市场化对货币政策效果的影响 专业：金融学 摘要 货币政策实施的有效性在我国总是不如人意，利率作为货币政策的工具与其效果有着紧密的联系，随着中国利率市场化改革的推进，货币政策实施的效果得到明显的提高。为了研究利率市场化对货币政策有效性的影响，全文采用了文献研究法和描述性研究法，首先分析了我国利率市场化的现状与前景；然后通过利率市场化对利率传导渠道、中介目标的可控性与市场环境的影响的阐述，论述了利率市场化对于货币政策有效性的影响；其次，分析了利率市场化对居民的消费情况、商业银行风险以及企业的贷款成本的影响从而导致了对货币政策有效性的消极影响；最后提出进一步推进利率市场化改革，能够提高货币政策执行有效性的结论。 关键词： 利率市场化 货币政策 积极影响 消极影响 The Positive Effect of Interest Rate Liberalization on Monetary Policy Finance Abstract The effect of monetary policy in our country is always not satisfied, the interest rate as the tool of monetary policy is closely linked with the effect. With the development of Chinas market-oriented interest rate reform, the implementation of monetary policy effects are improved obviously. In order to study the interest rate marketization of positive impact on the effect of monetary policy, the full text uses literature research and descriptive study method. firstly it analyzes the present situation and the future of interest rate marketization in China; and then through descriping the interest rate marketization of interest rate transmission channels, intermediary target controllability and expounding the influence of market environment, this paper discusses the marketization of interest rate for positive impact on the effect of the monetary policy; secondly, in view of the analysis of the effect of monetary policy since 2007 demonstrates the positive role of market-oriented interest rate; finally putting forward to further promote the reform of interest rate marketization can improve the effect of monetary policy.
