创伤骨科中微创技术的应用分析唐冰之 湖南省永州职业技术学院附属医院425006 【摘要】目的：研究创伤骨科中微创技术的应用效果。方法：病例资料来源于 我院2014年3月一2015年3月期间收治创伤骨科患者65例(以膝关节创伤为 例)，根据随机数字表法，分为2组，微创技术组和传统流程组。传统流程组按 照传统流程处理骨科创伤；微创技术组采取微创技术。就两组患者治疗优良率和 不良事件发生率、疼痛评分、处理平均时间、住院时间进行比较。结果：微创技 术组治疗优良率高于传统流程组，X2统计处理呈PC0.05。微创技术组不良事件 发生率低于传统流程组，X2统计处理呈P0.05。微创技术组疼痛评分、处理平 均时间、住院时间均低于传统流程组，t统计处理呈P0.05。结论：创伤骨科 中微创技术的应用效果确切，可有效缩短操作时间，减轻患者痛苦，减少感染等 不良事件的发生，缩短住院时间，值得推广。 【关键词】创伤骨科；微创技术；应用效果 【abstract 】objective: to study the application effect of minimally invasivetechniques in orthopaedic trauma. Methods： Clinical data from our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected from the Department of orthopedics and trauma patients 65 cases (knee trauma cases),, according to random number table method, divided into 2 groups, minimally invasive technique group and the traditional process. Traditional process group according to the traditional process dealing with orthopaedic trauma; Minimally invasive technology group of minor-injury technology. Two groups of patients had fine rate and incidence of adverse events of treatment, pain score, compared the mean time, the length of time. Results： the minimally invasive treatment group was higher than that of traditional process technology group, X2 statistics processing was P lt; 0.05. Minimally invasive technology group lower incidence of adverse events than the traditional process, the X2 statistics processing was P lt; 0.05. Minimally invasive technology group pain score，the average processing time，length of hospital stay were lower than the traditional process group, t statistical processing was P lt; 0.05. Conclusion： the application effect of minimally invasive techniques in orthopaedic trauma exactly，which can effectively shorten the operation time，reducing patient pain，reduce the occurrence of adverse events，such as infection，shorten hospitalization time，worthy of promotion. 【key words 】trauma orthopaedics； Minimally invasive technology； Application effect 微创是通过将侵入和生理干扰最小化以减轻对患者的应激和创伤的一 种新治疗
