Effect of thrombus aspiration combinded with Tirofiban in primary percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction Objective Methods Results Conclusion To evaluate the effect of thrombus aspiration (AT) combined with Tirofiban during primary PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction. To select the patients with AMI who undergoing primary PCI and receiving AT combined with Tirofiban (n=113) were enrolled in study group, and those who only received routine PCI (n=249)were in control group In the study group, stent were directly implanted and TIMI flow grade 3 was obtained were all superior to the control group, and significant difference of no-reflow /slow flow was observed . There was lower peak serum CK-MB , TnI , faster ST segment resolution in the study group . The heart failure, re-infarction and mortality in hospital were decreased in the study group . Application of AT combined with Tirofiban in patients with AMI was effective , better immediately and short-term clinical prognosis were achieved.
