Abstract :Concretes strength of tall buildings with reinforced concrete structures is one of the keys to
ensure building safety ． During construction ，if quality of the frame columns concrete is poor because of
the large strength difference with design requirements ，the overall replacing failed concrete method is
adopted ． The author introduces construction method of the support unloaded and replacement of the
method ． This method will re-grout concrete thoroughly which has no influence on the appearance and
working function of the building ． During the overall reinforced construction ，the upper layers need not
stop construction to have no bad social influence ．
