PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 论文写作指导、各类文案代写作 QQ625880526 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘 要 我国在面临着社会人才总量不足的情况下，却出现了大学生就业难的问题。面对当前严峻的就业形势和巨大就业压力，大学生群体有着很大的心理压力，表现出特有的心理状态，也产生了许多心理困惑。由于部分行业市场萎缩，社会需求增长不足，劳动力供给相对过剩以及政府部门在促进大学生就业政策上的缺失，都是引发当前大学生就业难问题的重要原因。在寻求问题解决对策的时候，要从主观和客观两方面同时入手，缓和社会人才供需之间的矛盾。随着社会转型的加速，传统的学生工作模式如心理学辅导和思想政治教育已经不能很好的解决当前大学生就业困惑问题，这就为社会工作引入高校学生工作提供了良好的契机。社会工作方法的介入及其在实务层面上的运用，将有可能以一种全新的理念和方式推动和促进当前高校就业指导工作的改革和创新。社会工作作为一种专业的助人活动，以其特有的优势，运用个案工作、小组工作和社区工作的工作方法，通过一系列的方案和活动，能够帮助大学生走出就业困惑，减轻心理压力。可以说，社会工作方法在解决大学生就业问题上扮演着重要的角色。 关键词: 大学生；就业；社会工作 ABSTRACT Country in the face of social total lack of talent in the case, there was the difficult problem of employment of university students.
