The power unit profession takes a tradition but the rich vigor profession, in the recent several years has obtained the development which progresses by leaps and bounds. In the new economical time, this profession has presented the recent development tendency, from this to its power unit quality; the performance has had the new change. The output shaft took the power unit the major parts, the craft work clothes design and the improvement directly is affecting its quality and the performance. This article first introduced the output shaft function and the craft analysis, next the definite semi finished materials size, then has carried on the technological process design, finally has carried on the jig design to the 70th working procedure and the 80th working procedure. Key words technical analy
