基于电涡流传感器的硬币识别系统的设计 刘 基于电涡流传感器的硬币识别系统的设计 刘艺柱，郭素娜 ( 河南工业职业技术学院 电气工程系，河南 南阳 473009) 摘要: 在对常见的假硬币特性参数测量和研究的基础上，针对我国硬币大小、厚薄、质量以 及材质均不同的现状，提出采用高频反射式和低频透射式电涡流传感器联合使用设计硬币识 别系统的方案. 方案中对电涡流传感器的电路、结构进行了分析，对识别系统的硬件方案、 软件流程进行了设计. 应用该方案通过实验确定了硬币的特征值，证明该方案可以实现硬币 真伪的快速无损鉴别，具有很高的识别率. 基于这种方案设计的硬币识别器性价比高，可应 用于预付费无人值守产品中，具有良好的发展前景. 关 键 词: 中图分类号: 硬币识别; 涡流传感器; 高频反射; 低频透射; 涡流检测 文献标识码: 文章编号: 1673 － 9787 ( 2010) 02 － 0229 － 04 TP212. 9 A Design of coin recognition system based on electricity turbulent flow sensor LIU Yi － zhu，GUO Su － na ( Dept. of Electrical Engineering. ，Henan Polytechnic Institude，Nanyang 473009，Henan，China) Abstract: Based on the research of the common false coin characteristic parameter survey and in view of the present situation of our country＇s different coin sizes，thickness，the weight as well as the material quality，the paper proposes that use the high frequency reflection type and the low frequency transmission type electricity turbulent flow sensor union to design the coin recognition system＇s plan. In the plan，the electricity turbulent flow sensor＇s electric circuit and structure are analysed，the recognition system＇s hardware plan and the software flow are designed. The coin characteristic value has been determined by using the plan through the experi- ment，it proved that the plan can realize the fast lossless distinction of the coin truth and false and has very high recognition rate of accuracy. This kind of project design＇s coin recognizer performance － to － price ratio is high，and can apply in pays expenses in advance in the unattended product，which has very good prospects for development.
