利率市场化对我国商业银行的影响及其对策 PAGE 22 利率市场化对我国商业银行的影响及其对策 摘 要 利率市场化给我国商业银行带来了新的机遇与挑战，我们在把握这些机遇的同时，也要积极地应对潜在的风险。识别利率市场化对商业银行的影响、规避其带来的风险既迫切又重要。 本文首先简要介绍了利率及利率市场化的概念及理论根据，其次对我国利率市场化的现状及趋势做了简要评析；然后，从有利影响和不利影响两个方面阐述了利率市场化对我国商业银行各方面的影响，并对利率市场化条件下商业银行所面临的一些重要的问题进行了定性与定量分析；最后，从如何坚持稳键经营的发展战略、四大行制度改革、完善银行的内控机制、主动防范利率风险、加大中间业务和金融产品创新力度，积极应对外币利率市场化、建立科学定价体系和坚强金融监管等方面有针对性地提出了可操作的措施。 关键词：利率市场化 商业银行 影响 对策 MARKETIZATION OF INTEREST RATES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN CHINA AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES ABSTRACT Chinas commercial banks, the interest rate market has brought new opportunities and challenges, while we capitalize on these opportunities, but also actively respond to the potential risks. Identify the marketization of interest rates of commercial banks, to avoid the risks are both urgent and important. This paper briefly introduces the concept and theory of interest rates and interest rate markets under, followed by brief Comment on Status and Trends of Chinas interest rate market; then expounded the beneficial effects and adverse effects of two aspects of interest rate marketization of Chinas commercial the implications of the bank, commercial banks and interest rate market conditions facing some important issues of qualitative and quantitative analysis; Finally, how to adhere to the stability of key business development strategy, the four system reform to improve the bankinternal control mechanism, to take the initiative to guard against interest rate risk, increasing the middle of the business and financial product innovation, and actively respond to the foreign currency interest rate market, the establishment of scientific pricing system and strong financial regulation proposed operational measures.
