Creativity is the starting point and the end of primary education, has become an urgent task of teaching activities. Every student has a degree of potential innovation capacity, which requires teachers to explore in a specific mathematical teaching activities, as reflected in students mathematics learning activities, teachers should be teaching in the classroom, in job training students innovation ability in cultivating students innovative ability in the design, in practice to cultivate students innovation capability.
