盛丰物流集团福清分公司的仓储管理分析与对策 PAGE PAGE III 摘 要 物流是国民经济的动脉，是联系生产和消费、联系城市和乡村的纽带。仓储作为物流的一种功能要素，作为连接生产者和消费者的纽带对整个物流系统有很大影响,高效合理的仓储可以帮助企业加快物资流动的速度，降低成本，保证生产的顺利进行，并可以实现资源的有效利用。物流体系的迅速发展要求有完善的仓储作业水平为保障，而目前我国仓储业的发展还无法满足需要，与我国经济发展规模、发展速度和社会需求相比，仍有不小的距离，仓储业发展明显滞后，存在的问题也比较多。因此，我国对仓储业的发展应引起足够重视。 文章分析了我国物流仓储业的现状和存在的问题，结合盛丰物流集团福清分公司的仓储管理的实例，对其现状进行综合分析，并指出存在的问题，分别从仓库利用、仓储成本及仓储设施三个方面进行研究，并提出改进的建议。从而提高我们对仓储管理的认识，降低物流仓储费用，提高我们的物流服务水平。 关键词：仓储管理；仓库利用；仓储成本；仓储设施 Abstract Logistics is the national economy arterial, link being connection give birth to a child and consume, contacting the city and the country.
