西安石油大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE 西安化工厂事故应急救援系统研究 摘 要：化工厂生产过程中所产生的危险化学物质，具有容易发生火灾爆炸、泄漏中毒事故的特点。为了防止事故扩大，减轻事故所造成的人员伤亡、财产损失和环境破坏，维护社会稳定，对西安化工厂事故应急救援系统进行研究。首先分析西安化工厂中存在的危险危害因素，根据分析结果进行危险源辨识，并确定其危险等级。其中氢气、三氯化氮、乙炔、二氯乙烷、己酯在安全系统失灵、失效和储存或使用不当时会发生火灾爆炸事故，而氯气、液氯、液氨、氯化氢、氯化汞、氯乙烯、过氧化物泄漏时会发生人员中毒事件。在此基础上编制了西安化工厂综合应急救援预案、危险化学品和火灾爆炸的专项应急救援预案，以及预案的演习方案。西安化工厂事故应急救援系统的研究，能够增强作业区的应急反应能力、应急处理能力和协调作战能力，在发生事故后能积极响应，对降低事故的危害程度有指导意义。该应急救援预案对化工厂事故应急救援工作具有一定的参考意义。 关键词：化工厂；应急救援；危险源辨识；危险化学品；火灾爆炸 Research on Xian Chemical Plant accident emergency rescue system Abstract：Chemical produced in the production process of dangerous chemicals, with prone to fire and explosion, leakage poisoning accidents characteristic.
