S曲线无碳小车设计 I 摘要 S曲线无碳小车来自全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛命题,本文通过认 真分析任务要求,确定小车应有的功能,完成了方案设计、技术设计和加工装 配调试三个阶段,制作出了行驶平稳轻巧,效率高且转弯半径、周期可调的小 车,并提出了提高零件精度和增加赛道校准装置的改进方向。 在方案设计中,根据功能性需求,小车按模块化设计可分为六个部分:车 架、原动机构、传动机构、转向机构、驱动系统、微调机构,对每个部分采用 扩展性思维寻求多种可行方案,并综合考虑功能实现、加工装配、成本可行性 等因素进行优化设计。 其中,车架为骨架式玻纤板,原动机构采用滑轮组和变径绕线轴、转向机 构采用关节轴承连接的曲柄连杆机构、驱动系统采用单轮差速、微调机构采用 细螺纹调节摇杆与连杆长度以及微调圆盘调节曲柄长度。 在技术设计中,采用现代机械设计方法,通过MATLAB建模做能耗规律 和运动学分析,设计关键参数,并使用SolidWorks仿真分析,绘制图纸。 关键词 模块化设计,matlab建模,solidworks仿真,曲柄连杆机构,单轮差 速 沈阳工程学院毕业设计(论文) II Abstract The non-carbon car of S curve is from the national comprehensive ability training contest of college students of engineering, in this paper, through careful analysis of mission requirements, the cars function is determined. It completed the three phase of technical design and assembly design, debugging, produced a stable running lightweight, high efficiency and turning radius, adjustable cycle cart, and put forward the improvement direction of improving the accuracy of parts and adding the track calibration device. In the design of the scheme, concerning the functional requirements, according to the modular designing,the car can be divided into six parts: frame, driving mechanism, transmission mechanism, a steering mechanism, driving system, adjustment mechanism. For each part, it used the extended thinking to seek a variety of options, andconsider factors, such as the realization of the function, processing and assembling, cost and feasibility, to optimize the design. Among them, the frame is frame type of glass plate, driving mechanism adopts group and variable diameter pulley spool, the steering mechanism adopts a crank connecting rod mechanism, connected by joint bearing, driving system has a differential single wheel, adjusting mechanism uses fine thread to adjust the length of rocker and the connecting rod, and the trimming disc to adjust crank length.
