Xian I.R. Microelectronics Clean Room Protocol During Construction 西安爱尔微电子公司洁净厂房施工工作协议 Background The manufacturing that will take place at Xian I.R. Microelectronics must be carried out in a clean environment. In order to achieve this, it is important to follow some rules and procedures during construction. This document outlines these rules and procedures. They must be followed by everyone on site to insure a successful project. Drawing number one highlights the areas of the main building where clean build protocol must be enforced. This includes all areas west of gridline B except for the raw material and finished goods warehouses.
