钢结构的焊接变形与应力分析 摘 要 近年来，随着我国的工业发展，钢结构工程因其结构性能好、结构组织均匀、强度高、弹性模量高、塑性和韧性好，适于承受冲击和地震荷载、要求施工速度快、节能环保、便于机械化生产和工业化程度高等很多优越条件，因此钢结构工程在建筑领域被广泛应用。 本课题主要对H型钢焊接变形与应力进行研究，主要内容包括H型钢结构概述、H型钢结构焊接工艺、H型钢结构焊接应力与变形分析、典型H型钢结构焊接生产工艺等，本文通过研究分析H钢结构焊接应力与变形的类型及原因，以指导钢结构的生产及应用。 关键词：钢结构，焊接变形，应力，强度  STEEL STRUCTURE WELDING DEFORMATION AND STRESS ANALYSI ABSTRACT In recent years, along with Chinas industrial development, steel structure engineering because of its structure performance is good, structural organization uniformity, high strength, high modulus of elasticity, plasticity and toughness, suitable for bear impact and the seismic load, construction speed and facilitate the mechanization of manufacturing and higher degree industrialization superior conditions, so many steel structure engineering in architecture has been widely used. But, cant deny, steel structure still exist defects and hidden trouble. Steel structure welding process is the welding deformation and the welding stress wait for blemish. Steel structure welding process is actually in welding after heating and cooling local area, but due to the solidification process of non-uniform temperature field, causing welding uneven expansion and contraction, thereby internally generated welding welding stress and cause the welding deformation. This paper mainly analyzes the steel structure types and reasons of the welding deformation and stress elimination.
